We’d love to host your wedding at our cottage! The cottage is located at our home in Forest, Virginia. The maximum occupancy is 25 guests. This does not include the couple, your vendors or lap children. Weekends are typically reserved for packages using our in-house vendors.

Don't quite see the package you're wanting? Not a problem! The fairies can easily put together a custom package for you. All pricing is subject to change.

- It is recommended to only invite those who will be part of the processional/recessional, not your full guest count. Guests are permitted on property for up to 1 hour.

Greenhouse Rental Time - $1000

- Add 1 hour of greenhouse rental time for photography/videography purposes only.

Pet Fee - $250

- This is an additional non-refundable $250 pet fee PER PET for up to 2 small dogs only.
- Larger dogs may be permitted as Vaughan House approves and allows.
- Dogs must be fully potty trained and well behaved. Runners, chewers, hyperactive dogs will not be permitted.
- Cats are not permitted.

Please note: Due to Virginia Lodging laws, an additional $123 per night will be added to your proposal. Virginia Sales Tax is 5.3% ($53) and per Bedford County, the Virginia Transient Lodging Tax is 7% ($70.) This applies to any package that includes overnight stays as well. This is only applied to your selected amount of overnight stays, not the full proposal amount.
